Application
1. Dry the skin before applying the patch. Open the foil pouch, remove a patch and carefully peel off the protective paper along the centre cut. TIP: Take care when removing the protective paper, as the patch can stick to itself.
2. Apply the adhesive side of the patch to the desired area to achieve the cooling effect. Use patches for up to 12 hours. Do not apply heat to the patch.
3. Gently remove the patches with warm water to dissolve the adhesive (e.g. in the shower). Dispose of the patch and apply a new one if necessary.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, and do not apply to sensitive skin, open wounds or anywhere near the eyes.
